My love for baking started at an early age and at 10 years old, I had my first cake decorating class - it was the spark that ignited my journey into the world of pastry. In 2013, I took a significant step towards my dream by attending pastry school, where I fell more in love with all aspects of baking. Since then, I’ve had the pleasure of working with several companies, gaining invaluable experience and having the opportunity to start my own bakery.
