Meet Ellie
Hi! I'm Ellie, the pastry chef, decorator, instructor, and owner behind Ellie Mae's Bakery.
I create custom treats and hands-on cookie decorating experiences for families, businesses, and private events throughout the Tampa Bay area.
My baking career began with pastry school in 2013, followed by several years working professionally in bakeries and as a head pastry chef at a private club. Those experiences taught me that creating beautiful treats is only part of the job. Organization, dependable service, careful presentation, and attention to detail are just as important.
After spending several years home with my children, I launched Ellie Mae's Bakery full-time in 2023. What began with custom celebration orders has grown to include decorated sugar cookies, printed logo cookies, cakes, cake pops, macarons, corporate gifting, shipped cookie orders, private events, and cookie decorating classes throughout the Tampa Bay area.
I personally manage each order from the first inquiry through design, baking, decorating, packaging, and pickup or delivery. My goal is to make the process feel organized and personal while creating treats that make your celebration, gift, or event feel a little sweeter.

My favorite part of Ellie Mae's Bakery is seeing an idea become part of someone's special memory. That might mean recreating a child's birthday theme, helping a business thank its employees, or watching a first-time decorator proudly finish their cookies.
