Approve Details & Complete Payment
Finalize your design and order details, then complete full payment to reserve your date.

Pickup, Delivery or Shipping
Choose local pickup, available Tampa-area delivery, or nationwide shipping for eligible cookie orders.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Orders canceled at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled pickup, delivery, shipping, or event date will receive a full refund. Orders canceled fewer than 14 calendar days before the scheduled date are nonrefundable. Requests to change an order date are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. If Ellie Mae's Bakery is unable to fulfill the order, the customer will receive a full refund.
